The Yglu manifesto

Why we’re building this.

The rented stack

I’ve spent years watching builders pay for four tools that don’t talk to each other. A web agency owns the site. A project subscription owns the build. A CRM owns the pipeline. An accounting system owns the books. The same homeowner’s name gets typed into all four.

Every subscription renews at a higher price. Every vendor holds a piece of the business. When a builder wants to leave, the data doesn’t come with them. That’s not software. That’s rent.

What ownership means

Yglu is the platform I wish existed when I first watched a friend try to run a custom home firm from a spreadsheet, an inbox, and a phone number. It puts the whole business in one place. Your marketing site. Your leads. Your projects. Your books. One login, on your own accounts.

Not another subscription that owns your data. You own the site. You own the platform. You own the records. If Yglu goes away, your firm keeps running.

The install is a visit. On site, in person, about eight hours of live sessions. You sit next to us and shape the platform to how your firm already works. Not a year long software project. Not a form you fill out and hope somebody reads. A real conversation, then a working system by the end of the week.

The price is one flat number. $2,000 a month. No per seat cost. No setup fee. No minimum term. We keep improving it because you keep paying us to. When we stop earning it, you stop paying.

We do not pour your concrete. We make the paperwork side of your business feel like the build side does when it’s going well. Organized. Transparent. On schedule.

Why East Tennessee first

For East Tennessee builders first. That’s where I live. That’s where the discovery visit is a truck ride away. That’s where we can be at your office the same week you call. The market gets wider from here, but the first few builders are the ones I can shake hands with.

What we will not do

Here’s the line. If you like paying four vendors, keep doing it. If your website is fine and your leads live in a notebook and you retype the same name into three tools every week, you don’t need us.

But if you want the whole business in one login, and you want to own it, we should talk.

Apply for a discovery visit. It’s free. It’s on site. There’s no obligation and no sales pitch. If we’re not a fit, I’ll tell you before I leave.
