Rough monthly numbers are fine. The math is one line.

Your stack, per year$27,600
Yglu, one flat number

That is $300 less a month, and the retyping between tools goes with it.
The stack it replaces

What a builder rents today, priced honestly.

The pieces of a running firm live in four or five separate places today, each with its own bill and its own login. The ranges below are the public published prices from the category, not vendor specific quotes.

  • The piece
    Marketing website and hosting
    Vendor
    Agency retainer
    What it runs
    $800 to $3,000 per month
    The catch

Ongoing, on a vendor's platform, not yours.

  • The piece
    Project management subscription
    Vendor
    Buildertrend, JobTread, or similar
    What it runs
$300 to $800 per month, plus per seat
    The catch

Seats add up as the field team grows.

  • The piece
    CRM and sales pipeline
    Vendor
    A separate CRM seat
    What it runs
$50 to $150 per seat, per month
    The catch

Yet another login, yet another place a name is retyped.

  • The piece
    Lead marketplace
    Vendor
Angi, Houzz Pro leads, or similar
    What it runs
$30 to $100 per lead, shared with your competitors
    The catch

Rented leads, competing with the other bidders on the same job.

  • The piece
    Spreadsheets between them
    Vendor
    Your time
    What it runs
    Several hours per week
    The catch

The retyping and reconciliation between the tools above.

Add the pieces up and a working firm is easily paying more than $2,000 a month across the vendors above, before counting the time spent retyping between them. Yglu is one flat number that stands in for the whole stack.

Pricing questions

What the price does, and does not, include.

Is there a setup fee?

No. The install is included. It is about eight hours of live sessions on site, and the plan starts when the platform is running.

Do you charge per seat?

No. Add supers, project managers, office staff, and homeowners without touching the price.

Is there a minimum term?

No. Month to month. You stay because it keeps getting better, not because you are stuck in a contract.

What happens if I leave?

The site, the platform, and the data live on your own accounts. You keep them. Yglu walks away, your business keeps running.

Do you take a cut of my leads or my revenue?

No. Your leads are yours. Your revenue is yours. The $2,000 is the whole relationship.

What if the platform needs to change to fit our firm?

That is what the install is for. The system is fitted to your workflow in the live sessions, and continuous improvement is part of the plan.
